  1. Refunds for Test Kits

ManCared offers refunds for test kits purchased through our website, mancared.com, subject to the following conditions:

  • If the test kit is unopened and unused, you may request a refund within 30 days from the date of purchase. ManCared will refund the purchase price of the test kit, less any applicable shipping fees.
  • If the test kit has been opened or used, we are unable to provide a refund due to the nature of the product.
  1. Refunds for Telehealth Services

ManCared offers refunds for telehealth services provided through our platform, subject to the following conditions:

  • If you have not yet been connected with a healthcare provider and wish to cancel your telehealth service, you may request a refund within 24 hours of your scheduled appointment time. ManCared will refund the full amount paid for the telehealth service.
  • If you have already been connected with a healthcare provider and received telehealth services, we are unable to provide a refund for the services rendered.
  1. Refunds for Shipping Fees

Shipping fees paid for the delivery of test kits are non-refundable, unless the test kit is returned due to a ManCared error, such as a defective product or incorrect order.

  1. Refund Process

To request a refund, please contact ManCared customer support at connect@mancared.com. Please provide your order details, including the order number, and the reason for the refund request. ManCared will review your request and may require additional information or documentation, as necessary.

If your refund request is approved, ManCared will process the refund to the original payment method used for the purchase, within 7 business days. Please note that depending on your financial institution, it may take additional time for the refund to be reflected in your account.

  1. Non-Refundable Items

The following items are non-refundable:

  • Digital products, including but not limited to digital test results, e-books, and online courses.
  • Services provided by healthcare providers, including but not limited to telehealth consultations, prescriptions, and medical advice.

ManCared reserves the right to modify, amend, or update this Refunds Policy at any time without prior notice. Any changes to this Refunds Policy will be effective immediately upon posting on the Site. It is your responsibility to review this Refunds Policy periodically for any updates or changes.
